Laura M. Bell

Laura M. Bell is the broker/manager and owner of Commercial Realty Group, LLC. She has been working in the real estate field since 1983 and in commercial real estate for over twenty years. Laura has held a broker's license since 1987. She has experience with commercial real estate sales, leasing, consulting and property management. Laura works diligently and has a proven track record for getting the job done. She is a networker, problem solver and an experienced negotiator with lots of repeat business.

Laura has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Laura is a member of the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce and Lincoln Independent Business Association (LIBA). She also serves on the Lancaster Event Center Advisory Panel. She and her husband, Doug, have two children, Dana and Ryan.

Dawn Nowka

Dawn Nowka's extensive commercial real estate experience began in 1985 and she earned her Real Estate Broker's license in 1989. Her areas of expertise encompass office building, shopping center and parking facility management. Dawn joined Commercial Realty Group, LLC in 2004 and specializes in the sale, leasing and management of all types of commercial properties. While making client contact and communication priority, Dawn effectively guides her clients through the commercial real estate process, ensuring satisfaction every step of the way. She is committed to building relationships with clients and customers and finding a "win-win" in every situation.

Dawn earned her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is a member of Business Networking International (BNI), and the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce. Dawn and her husband, Trent, have two children, Kelsey and Kyle.

Jane Mohling

Jane Mohling is a real estate sales associate with Commercial Realty Group, LLC and has been with the company since 2004. A graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University with a degree in Marketing/Management and Communication, Jane possesses several years of marketing and has prior experience in residential real estate. Jane works hard for each and every client by giving her undivided attention and listening to their needs. Jane's dedication and knowledge of the real estate market has proven to be beneficial to all of her clients.

Jane is a member of Women in Sales and Business (WISB), Business Networking International-Profit Powerhouse Chapter (BNI) and the Lincoln Sunrise Kiwanis Club. Jane and her husband, Chad, have a daughter, Emersyn.

Dianne Plock

Dianne is the Office Manager for Commercial Realty Group, LLC. Her background includes mortgage, consumer and commercial lending, compliance, residential appraising, corporate trust administration, faux finishing and small group health insurance administration. Dianne joined Commercial Realty Group, LLC in January, 2008 and especially enjoys assisting staff in research and whatever is needed to make their jobs easier. She also develops property flyers and keeps property search vehicles (Loopnet, Midlands CIE and CoStar) updated.

Dianne earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Doane College. Dianne is married to Richard and between them they have 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren.
